Nadine Velandia und wird dem Kunden nur für die vereinbarte Dauer zur Verfügung gestellt. 2. Zustand und Überprüfung2.1. Der Zustand des Leihgeräts wird bei der Übergabe schriftlich festgehalten. Eventuelle Mängel oder Beschädigungen sind sofort zu melden. 2.2. Sollten nicht dokumentierte Schäden am Gerät festgestellt werden, sind diese am Tag des Erhalts des Gerätes schriftlich an: kontakt@permanentschmuckzentrum.de zu melden. Eine Meldung nach dieser Zeit kann nicht berücksichtigt werden. 3. Nutzung des Leihgeräts 3.1. Der Kunde verpflichtet sich, das Leihgerät ausschließlich für den vereinbarten Zweck und mit größter Sorgfalt zu nutzen. 3.2. Es ist untersagt, das Gerät an Dritte weiterzugeben oder zu verleihen. 3.3. Veränderungen am Leihgerät sind ohne vorherige Zustimmung nicht gestattet. 4. Haftung und Schäden4.1. Der Kunde haftet für Schäden, die durch unsachgemäße Nutzung, Verlust oder Diebstahl des Leihgeräts entstehen. 4.2. Etwaige Reparaturkosten oder Ersatzbeschaffungen werden dem Kunden in Rechnung gestellt, es sei denn, die Schäden waren bereits bei Übergabe vorhanden. 4.3. Im Falle eines Verlusts verpflichtet sich der Kunde, den aktuellen Zeitwert des Leihgeräts zu ersetzen. 5. Rückgabe5.1. Das Leihgerät ist spätestens zum vereinbarten Termin in dem Zustand zurückzugeben, in dem es übergeben wurde, abgesehen von üblichen Gebrauchsspuren. 5.2. Verspätete Rückgaben können zu zusätzlichen Kosten führen. 6. Datenschutz6.1. Der Kunde verpflichtet sich, keine personenbezogenen oder sensiblen Daten auf dem Leihgerät zu speichern. 6.2. Bei Rückgabe des Leihgeräts hat der Kunde sicherzustellen, dass eventuell gespeicherte Daten gelöscht wurden. 7. Vertragslaufzeit und Kündigung7.1. Die Bereitstellung des Leihgeräts erfolgt für die vereinbarte Dauer. 7.2. Beide Parteien können den Vertrag bei schwerwiegendem Fehlverhalten der jeweils anderen Partei fristlos kündigen. 8. Sonstiges8.1. Änderungen oder Ergänzungen dieses Vertrags bedürfen der Schriftform. 8.2. Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen unwirksam sein, bleiben die übrigen Bestimmungen davon unberührt.
